Rewards Points are limited to one per person and are for personal use by the registered user only. Rewards Points cannot be shared or distributed or used for commercial purposes.

UrbanLondon reserves the right to suspend or cancel any benefits, or membership to the Programme, if UrbanLondon believes the Rewards points is not being used in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Members earn UrbanLondon Rewards Points on qualifying purchases at UrbanLondon and it is irrelevant of spend during each calendar year (from 1st January to 31st December). Please see the UrbanLondon Rewards section on UrbanLondon.co.uk for further details. UrbanLondon reserves the rights to substitute and/or change in its discretion.

Any increased points per £1 spent will take effect on the day after the purchase done on UrbanLondon.co.uk

If a Member is given a refund or other financial adjustment on any transaction, the UrbanLondon Rewards Points awarded on the transaction will be adjusted accordingly.

Subject to the exclusion of certain departments and brands, Members can earn UrbanLondon Rewards Points on purchases made on the UrbanLondon.co.uk website.

Members will receive benefits ("Benefits") according to their spend in a calendar year (1st January to 31st December). Benefits are subject to availability and UrbanLondon reserves the rights to substitute and/or change the Benefits at any time in its discretion.

The benefits are subject to change at UrbanLondon’ discretion and subject to the following terms and conditions. To take advantage of these benefits, you must present a valid Rewards card when requested:

Points earned for every £1 spent – earn points for every £1 you spend at UrbanLondon. Every 100 points will be converted into £1 Cash Reward, which will be loaded as your UrbanLondon cashback balance.

Exclusive discount days - enjoy an exclusive discount on your purchases at UrbanLondon on specially selected days throughout the year.

Extra Rewards points on specially selected days – earn even more Rewards points on your purchases at UrbanLondon on selected days. Department exclusions apply.

Anytime Rewards points redemption - convert your UrbanLondon Rewards points into a CashBack balance at any time (online through your Rewards account or Contact Us).

UrbanLondon has the right to terminate the Programme or makes changes to the terms of the Programme at any time. For up-to-date terms and conditions, Members should refer to UrbanLondon Rewards Terms & Conditions. A Member will be deemed to have accepted any changes or variations by the continued use of a Rewards Card. Members who are employees of UrbanLondon, their affiliates or partners may be subject to additional rules and restrictions from time to time and will be notified separately.

UrbanLondon may at any time and in its absolute discretion refuse or revoke any Member’s membership of the Programme in which case that Member’s UrbanLondon Rewards Points will be forfeited and any unused Current Cash Balance may be cancelled.

Members are personally liable for any and all fees, costs, charges, claims or liabilities (including taxes) of whatever nature arising from their membership of the Programme.

Members shall notify the UrbanLondon Customer Service Team of any change of address or other personal details.

UrbanLondon members are strongly advised to keep their Rewards Points safe and secure.

If there is any difference between the terms and conditions as set out on UrbanLondon.co.uk and other information provided in relation to the Programme, the terms and conditions on UrbanLondon.co.uk will prevail.

These terms and conditions do not affect Members’ statutory rights.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

UrbanLondon is the data controller of any personal information it collects about Members in relation to the Programme. Any personal information will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, other applicable laws and these terms and conditions. By participating in the Programme, a Member consents to UrbanLondon collecting and storing any information provided by the Member to UrbanLondon on enrolment in the Programme and information relating to the Member’s transactions, purchases and participation in the Programme and any publicly available information about the Member which may help UrbanLondon provide a more bespoke and specialised experience to the Member. This will include personal data about the Member including the Member’s name, address and purchases from UrbanLondon. UrbanLondon will only share a Member’s personal information with carefully selected third party partners to assist with the operation of the Programme (including the provision of Member Benefits). UrbanLondon will use a Member's personal information for the purposes of: a) administering the Programme (including the provision of Member Benefits); b) offering the Member products and services that are likely to be of interest including special events, offers, promotions, publications and catalogues by post, email, mobile/landline phone and/or through any social network if the Member has provided such details and consent to UrbanLondon and c) market research and statistical analysis; and which in some instances may include using publicly available information and/or information given within this Programme to make decisions about the products and services a Member may be interested in.

A Member can stop UrbanLondon from using their personal data in the above ways by contacting UrbanLondon either by post to UrbanLondon, by email at sales@UrbanLondon.co.uk or contacting our Customer Service team. A Member can opt-out of receiving information from UrbanLondon or manage their preferences at any time by following the instructions in the electronic communications, via the Member’s online account at UrbanLondon.co.uk, or by contacting UrbanLondon as explained above.
